Rules

  • Date: MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD

  • Column must include at least one: Vendor/Client or Description

    • E.g., if you only have the description column, that is acceptable. We’ll extract the vendors for you.

  • Total: numbers only, e.g. 1250.75, not $1,250.75. For expenses only, negative numbers become refunds.

  • No blank or subtotal rows

  • Put expenses and income in separate files

Any other columns are ignored.
